R&R Pools only uses BioGuard Chemicals and our technicians will not use other products in your pool. All pools are required to be balanced prior to and during service. Any chemicals used other than BioGuard chemicals owned by the customer will be charged after service.

Weekly Pool cleaning (Duties include: standard cleaning, chemical additional and balancing on a as-needed or to cover for vacation)
Pool Sitting (Duties include: empty baskets, check water level, test chlorine and add weekly chemicals.)

Do you have any specific requests or requirements? Placement of items, Covers left on or off etc? Please note that all covers should be left off of the pool for the manufacturers recommended amount of time post shock. If you wish us to recover the pool it will cause damage over time to the cover as well as the cover does have some debris that will settle back into the poo water upon closure.
