Online Store Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Usually we are able to process Courier orders and ship them on the same day (if ordered before 10:30AM AST) to arrive within 1-2 business days depending on where you are located.
Q: Are shipping and taxes included in the prices?
A: The shipping and taxes are not included in our prices. You will have to pay the applicable provincial taxes as well as the shipping cost chosen. If you wish to generate a quote to include these costs simply click “ADD TO CART” and type in your province and postal code to calculate these costs.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located out of Nova Scotia, Canada.
Q: Do you ship to all provinces or outside of Canada?
A: At this time we only ship within the province of Nova Scotia and to the following cities in New Brunswick: Moncton, Fredericton and St. John
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Online we accept all major credit card or debit purchases through PayPal.
Q: Who do I contact if there is a problem with my order?
A: If you have a problem with your order you would contact us at email@example.com and we will advise on how to proceed depending on your requirements. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
Q: I purchased the wrong size liner, hot tub cover, or solar/winter blanket can I return it?
A: No, liners, hot tub covers, solar/winter cover blankets cannot be returned, and they are final sale. These are considered custom orders. Please measure twice.
Q: Can I add to an existing order?
A: We are not able to add to a pre-existing order. You would have to place a second order.
Q: When should I expect my order?
A: Normal Expected Processing time for General Goods: 1-2 Business Day and our Normal Expected Processing time for Oversized Goods: 1-3 Business Days
