DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Deliver top-notch pool services and construction with a smile!
  • Lead other technicians on pool openings, closings, equipment installations, repairs and other services
  • Utilize both mechanical and manual tools to get the job done right.
  • Provide daily updates to Project Manager
  • Manage receivership, storage, and protection of materials and ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
  • Manage a construction crew to meet scheduling goals, ensure project targets and exceed client expectations, while ensuring appropriate and professional communication is conducted between Crew Members, Subcontractors, and clients.
  • Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Communicate with customers daily to address all questions and concerns.
  • Support the crew with professional development through goal setting and review meetings.
  • Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.
  • Maintain a daily update of accurate data to administrative programs
  • Prepare detailed Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
  • Attend and provide input at Project Meetings with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent, and proactively identify solutions to support ongoing projects.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Management Experience: 4+ years in construction or experience as a site lead is preferred
  • Technical Experience: Prior carpentry, plumbing, electrical or landscaping
  • Education & Certification: High School completion required
  • Reliable transportation with clean valid Driver’s License
  • Lift, move and otherwise maneuver physical objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • Effective communication and computer skills
  • Superior attention to detail, time management and organization skills
  • We will teach methodology, but applicant must have leadership skills

  • Competitive compensation at $30-40/hour
