R&R Pools is an Inground Swimming Pool construction company specializing in residential swimming pool projects. R&R Pools strives for the highest quality workmanship and ultimate client satisfaction. POSITON TYPE:

Full time- Seasonal with optional return: April – August (Students) or to November

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Support pool construction projects including excavations, framing, plumbing installation, equipment placement, and concrete preparation
  • Assist with pool openings, closings, equipment repairs, and general service tasks
  • Use mechanical and manual tools to help construct and complete quality pool projects
  • Follow instructions from the Pool Builder Lead and Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and on budget
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times
  • Load, unload, move, and protect materials and equipment safely
  • Communicate professionally with the Mangers, Lead, crew members, and occasionally clients
  • Maintain daily records and updates in company administrative programs as required
  • Participate in team meetings, skills development, and on-the-job training
  • Support a healthy, positive work culture by showing up ready to work and contribute

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1–2 years construction, landscaping, or trades experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and work well with team members
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities
