R&R Pools is an Inground Swimming Pool construction company specializing in residential swimming pool projects. R&R Pools strives for the highest quality workmanship and ultimate client satisfaction. POSITON TYPE:

Full time- Seasonal with optional return: April – August (Students) or November

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Provide exceptional pool cleaning services independently, with a smile, by following SOPs while maintaining high quality standards
  • Work alongside other technicians on pool openings, closings, equipment installations and other services
  • Utilize both mechanical and manual tools to get the job done right.
  • Maintain pace and quality of job
  • Maintain and update accurate data via company programs and provide office and clients with comprehensive notes
  • Communicate to clients on safety issues, upsells, or problems at their service in a professional and polite manner
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized and professional jobsite presence
  • Preform basic repairs and troubleshooting
  • Ensure work vehicle is organized and properly stocked
  • Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • No Pool Industry Experience Required
  • Reliable transportation with clean, valid Driver’s License
  • Lift, move and otherwise maneuver physical objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • Effective communication and computer skills
  • Attention to detail, time management and organization skills required
  • Experience working with power tools an asset
