About Riley
Riley joined R&R Pools as a Commerce Co-op Student from Dalhousie University, where he is currently studying Commerce. His role allows him to combine classroom learning with real-world business experience while contributing to many areas of the company.
Working alongside the President and Service Manager, Riley assists with customer inquiries, project coordination, scheduling support, administrative tasks, and a variety of operational projects. He also supports the company’s media production by helping plan, film, edit, and publish social media content that highlights completed projects, educates homeowners, and shares the R&R Pools story.
Through his co-op placement, Riley continues to develop his skills in business operations, customer service, project management, marketing, media production, and communication while learning firsthand how a successful family-owned business operates.
