Site Access & Preparation

To complete your project, we require clear access to the work area for equipment, materials, and trades.

This may include use of:

  • Driveways
  • Side yards
  • Access paths

Construction will impact the surrounding area during installation. While we take care to minimize disruption, temporary impact to the lawn, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces should be expected.

Communication During Your Project

  • Our team leads will provide updates when on-site
  • You will be informed of upcoming work and scheduling changes
  • Timing may shift based on the factors above, and we will communicate as this happens

Project Duration

  • Simpler projects may be completed in approximately 4 weeks (when we manage decking and fencing)
  • More complex projects will take longer, depending on the scope and conditions
