We are currently looking to expand our service and construction divisions to help serve our clients better.

POSITON TYPE:

Full time- Seasonal with optional return: April – August (Students) or to November

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Deliver top-notch pool services and construction with a smile!
  • Work alongside other technicians on pool openings, closings, equipment installations, repairs and other services
  • Utilize both mechanical and manual tools to get the job done right.
  • Support efficient job management and crew time management.
  • Maintain accurate data and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Improve skills through SOPs.
  • Recognize and address equipment issues promptly, understanding the value of functional, efficient tools.
  • Provide clients and the office with complete equipment inspection reports and detailed, accurate notes.
  • Foster a safe, organized, professional job site and report any safety issues.
  • Promote a positive work environment and corporate culture.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 Year Pool Industry Experience or Construction Equivalent
  • Reliable transportation with clean valid Driver’s License
  • Lift, move and otherwise maneuver physical objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • Effective communication and computer skills
  • Attention to detail, time management and organization skills
  • Experience working with power tools an asset
