Or the customer standing in front of you

The customer asks about pool or hot tub products/services that YOU DO NOT offer.

[Staff] – “Yes, we can absolutely help you with that. Can I start by grabbing a couple of quick details so we can get you looked after properly?”

WHILE TALKING TO THE CLIENT, FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.
