Picking up the phone: [Staff] – “Hi this is ___ from _______. What can I help you with?”

Or the customer standing in front of you

The customer asks about pool or hot tub products/services that YOU DO NOT offer.

[Staff] – “Yes, we can absolutely help you with that. Can I start by grabbing a couple of quick details so we can get you looked after properly?”

WHILE TALKING TO THE CLIENT, FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.

[Staff] – “Awesome, thank you. For this type of project, we work closely with our partner company, _________, who specializes in this.”
