Position Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate job service, quoting, scheduling, training, and follow-up
- Manage, schedule, and dispatch service maintenance team daily
- Ensure quick and efficient team dispatch each morning
- Support the service teams daily activities
- Maintain a positive, energetic team with a Can Do! attitude
- Ensure teams operate in a safe and responsible manner
- Deliver amazing customer service to existing client base that is:
- Attentive
- Resolution focused
- Responsive
- Managed from beginning to full resolution
- Provide prompt and consistent communication between the office and clients
- Lift, move, and otherwise maneuver physical objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; stand, sit, walk, climb or balance
- Troubleshoot problems, sell and suggest products and services
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a management related discipline
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative, team-based environment
- Self-driven, organized with a high level of personal accountability
- Desire to work with small, family run and operated businesses
- Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Excel & Word)
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Superior attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Quick learner with a keen interest in developing operational management skills
- Must have a service focused approach and enjoy dealing with the public face to face
- Experience in any of the following areas an asset:
- A previous oversight role
- A high pressure environment
- A retail store
- Humour

This co-op position is for 40 hours a week for 16 weeks starting in mid-April.
