I couldn’t have asked for a better co-op experience then the one I had at R&R. I chose to work with them because I wanted to gain experience working in a local family business, I gained much more then I hoped for going into the co-op position. Working at R&R gave me the chance to do work that mattered and work that made a difference for the company, it was a great combination of challenging and rewarding. I’m excited to be able to continue to work there after my co-op position has ended.
